Author’s Profile
My name is Mei Leng Loh. I am a Christian from the new city of PJ (it was a town for a long time) located in the good (& bad?) country of Malaysia. My main interests are pets (especially dogs!), reading & writing, food & cooking, music and swimming (housework is my only exercise these days!).
I am truly thankful to my Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ for calling me out of this world when I was utterly lost and dead in spiritual darkness. Even though I am still imperfect in all areas, He has always been a faithful, patient and loving God to me. What a wonderful Saviour! God has said that the world is not getting better but in fact becoming more perverse. His Word has always been proven time and time again. I will not place my hopes in this passing world but am looking forward to the place that He has promised to His people, where they will abide with Him forever. Amen.

I am very thankful that I found part of the poem on your site. I am still trying to find the last stanza, the last line of which was “Splashing dashing restless sea”. I enjoyed the poem immensely as a child and I am making a collection of all those I read or recited in my childhood. I have close to 100 now. Hte poem can be found in one of the books in the series “First Aid in English”. The next time I go to Trinidad, I will try to locate it. Thanks again and God bless.
